FRAME AND SPECIMEN ARE IN EXCELLENT LIKE-NEW CONDITION. THERE ARE A FEW TINY LOOSE SPECKS INSIDE THE BOTTOM OF THE FRAME THAT CAN EASILY BE SHAKEN TO THE FRONT OUT OF VIEW (these were present when purchased).
Marley NEO FOSSILS are quite rare.
WHAT ARE NEOFOSSILS:
Neofossils are a creation of Christopher Marley wherein select species of vertebrates are assiduously skeletonized then embedded in an organic, stone-like matrix. Species used are those which are either harmful to humans and are removed from populated areas, or that are commercially propagated and are taken from an established food chain, thereby minimizing the impact on wild populations while benefiting indigenous people in their respective areas. Orchards in some areas in Indonesia have been so decimated by fruit bats that farmers have gone to such extreme measures as virtually covering their entire orchards with netting. Fruit bats nonetheless descend on the orchards en masse and are caught in the nets where their bodies create a rather macabre covering over the crops. However, they also present a unique opportunity for Pheromone to explore a fossilesque use for their skeletons. Pheromone by Christopher Marley sells real, three dimensional natural artifacts exclusively. The specimen shown is the one you will receive. Unless noted otherwise, colors are completely natural and un-retouched.

Dust with a dry cloth Unusual Color or Sample or Unfinished or Minor Test  Hagen Renaker Snail in great condition and about 2 1/4 inches long.  Again, I hate to describe them like this, but they did come from a factory employee.  I'm just not sure what to call them.   No chips, cracks or repairs of any kind. I have lots of HRs for sale. Like all vintage Hagen Renaker pottery, there may be normal crazing or manufacturing flaws. All pottery pieces craze over time. You can combine items and save on shipping.
