RETURN POLICY
If you believe that the product you received is defective you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (MA number before returning the product(s).
Products shipped back to YANKEESFAN21337 without a Return Merchandise Authorization ('RMA') number will be rejected and returned back at Customer's expense. Please read this return policy:
Customers must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify YANKEESFAN21337 within 3 calendar days if any products are missing or damaged.
All return requests must happen within 7 days from the date of receiving the product(s).
A 15% restocking fee may apply to all returns for refund, and non-defective items shipped back to YANKEESFAN21337.
All direct replacements are limited to product availability. If an exact replacement for a returned item is not available, a credit will be issued.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
Use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment.
All returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing YANKEESFAN21337 will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
Products must be returned within 7 days from the issuing date of the RMA number. All RMA items returned to our warehouse after 14 days from the issuing date of the RMA will be refused and shipped back at customer's expense.
