    Description

    Up for sale is a vintage hanging record store advertising mobile promoting the 1974 release of the "MO' ROOTS" LP by blues, rock & world music legend, TAJ MAHAL.  Graphics from the LP dustjacket are displayed on the double-sided hanging mobile, which is made of heavy paper stock (cardboard?) and measures 11" x 24". Mobile has a couple of light 1 1/2" creases at the top edge of each corner and a 1" tear at the "neck' of the arrow at the bottom of the mobile that has been repaired.  The piece displays well and features bold graphics designed to capture the attention of a passerby, who will in turn, focus more intensely on the image conveyed by the graphics. This is an original advertising piece of music history.....
    This JJ GREY & MOFRO gig poster is rare. It is a promo only available at ticket outlets and music stores to promote their concert. Warm-up THE COMMONHEART is listed.
    This poster is for their February 1, 2019 concert at the Crystal Ballroom in Portland, Oregon. Size is 11” by 17”. It is in great condition for display, at least Mint/Near-Mint. It will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube.
